State police say authorities have captured a Punxsutawney man who was accused of firing a shot at another man inside an Indiana County apartment last week.

Troopers say 27-year-old Storm Armagost was arrested Wednesday morning by the state police Fugitive Apprehension Unit.

Investigators say troopers were dispatched on the night of Sept. 28th for reports of a shooting at an apartment along South 3rd Street in White Township.

Police say the victim claimed that another man, later identified as Armagost, had reportedly pointed a pistol at him and fired one shot in the direction of his head.

Upon further investigation, troopers learned that the incident occurred when the victim and Armagost began arguing over drug activity.

Authorities say Armagost is being held at the Indiana County Jail and his bail was denied.
