EBENSBURG, Pa. - Four people were transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center after a multi-vehicle crash in Cambria County. Dispatch said the crash happened at the McDonalds restaurant light along route 22, just after noon.

Dauntless Fire, Ebensburg EMS, Blacklick EMS, Jackson EMS and Forest Hills EMS responded.

The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
